Meal planning isn't rocket science but I could never stick with it in the past because I made it too complicated! Now that I've simplified how I meal plan, I can put together a meal plan in 5 minutes or less every week. The key? Using recipes that I know inside and out! It turns out, repetition is OK- your family will survive!!
