Special Fry Kabab
Serves 4-5
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Baisan (Gram flour) 3 tbs
-Badam (Almond) powder 1 tbs
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) crushed ½ tbs
-Saunf (Fennel seeds) crushed ½ tsp
-Beef qeema (Mince) ½ kg
-Kacha papita (Raw Papaya) paste 2 tbs
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) 2
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 1-2 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) fried ¼ Cup
-Dahi (Yogurt) 3 tbs
-Seekh kabab masala 1 & ½ tbs
-Garam masala powder 1 tsp
-Kewra water 1 tsp
-Koyla (Charcoal) for smoke
-Cooking oil 5-6 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 medium
-Water 1 Cup or as required

Directions:
-In a frying pan,add gram flour,almond powder,cumin seeds,fennel seeds & dry roast until fragrant & let it cool.
-In a bowl,add beef mince,raw papaya paste,ginger garlic paste,salt,red chilli powder,turmeric powder, and mix until well combined,cover & marinate for 30 minutes.
-In a chopper,add green chillies,fresh coriander,fried onion,yogurt and chop well.
-Now add marinated beef mince,roasted gram flour mixture,seekh kabab masala,garam masala powder,kewra water & chop well.
-Give a charcoal smoke for 2 minutes.
-In a pot,add cooking oil,onion & fry until golden brown.
-Now add beef mince mixture & mix well until changes color.
-Add water and mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 30-35 minutes.
-Garnish with onion rings,lemon slices & serve!

Ajza:

-Frying pan mein baisan,badam powder,zeera aur saunf dal dein aur khushbu anay tak dry roast ker lein & thanda ker lein.
-Bowl mein beef qeema,kacha papita paste,adrak lehsan paste,namak,lal mirch powder aur haldee powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein aur dhak ker 30 minutes klliya marinate ker lein.
-Chopper mein hari mirch,hara dhania,fried pyaz aur dahi dal ker ache tarhan chop karein.
-Ab marinated beef qeema,roasted baisan mixture,seekh kabab masala,garam masala powder aur kewra water dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein.
-2 minutes kliya koyla ka dhuwan dein.
-Pot mein cooking oil aur pyaz dal dein aur golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
-Ab beef qeema mixture dal ker rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 30-35 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Pyaz rings aur lemon slices sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
