Give an interesting twist to our beloved Indian street food- Samosa. This Pinwheel Samosa recipe(also called Aloo Bhakarwadi) makes for a quick and easy party snack; the puff pastry crust with potato stuffing are to die for.

3 tbsp Oil
1 inch Ginger
½ tsp Cumin
¼ tsp Fennel Seeds
3 Green Chillies
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
350 gm Boiled Potato
¼ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Aamchur Powder
Coriander Leaves
1 ½ cup of Refined Flour
¼ tsp Carom Seeds
3 tbsp Oil
¼ tsp Salt
½ cup of Water
¼ cup of Refined Flour
½ cup of Water
¼ tsp Black Pepper

In a pan add 3 tbsp oil, 1 inch ginger, ½ tsp cumin, ¼ tsp fennel seeds, 3 green chillies, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, ½ tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 350 gm boiled potato, ¼ tsp salt & ¼ tsp aamchur powder. Cook for 5 minutes & add some coriander leaves on it.

Combine 1 ½ cup of refined flour, ¼ tsp carom seeds, 3 tbsp oil, ¼ tsp salt & ½ cup of water. Make a dough & rest for 30 minutes.

Make equal parts of dough & roll each part properly. Take one portion of filling and spread it on rolled portion.

Roll it properly & cut it into small pieces.

In another bowl take ¼ cup of refined flour, ½ cup of water & ¼ tsp black pepper. Mix it well & dip each small piece of samosa into it.

Fry it in oil & serve with chutney.
