Fried channa dal 3 tbspns
Grated coconut 2 tbspns
Dry red chilli 1 no.s
Garlic Pods 3 no.s
Salt to taste quarter of a tspn.
Grind all the ingredients into a fine paste with a little water. The paste should be thick and fine but not watery like chutney.
It’s a great accompaniement for Puli Kozhambu, Kara Kozhambu, Parpu Urandai Kozhambu, Vatha Kozhambu.
