Egg Kothu Chapathi is an quick and easy indian recipe for dinner or serve it as evening snacks. Shredded/ Leftover Chapati pieces are cooked together with scrambled egg masala. The recipe is very simple and doesn’t require much time to cook.
Leftover/ Shredded Chapathi
Cinnamon, Cloves & Jeera
Step1 - Add Oil(3 tsp)
Step2 - Add Cinnamon, Cloves, Jeera (1 tsp) & Curry Leaves(4-5)
Step3 - Add Chopped Green Chilli(2)
Step4 - Add Chopped Onion(2).. Saute till Onion Color Changes
Step5 - Add Chilli Powder(1/2 tsp) & Garam Masala(1/2 tsp) & Coriander Powder(1/2 tsp) & Required Salt
Step6 - Add Chopped tomato (2)... Saute till tomatos become soft
Step7 - Make an space in the middle.. and drop 3 eggs...
Step8 - Add salt & Pepper to the eggs
Step9 - Saute till eggs are cooked well
Step10 - Cut the Chapathi into Slices.. and add it to the pan
Step11 - Cook for 2 min
Step12 - Sprinkle Chopped Coriander..
