** MY ONE PAN CHICKEN FAJITAS INGREDIENTS**
2 lbs chicken (about 6-8 breasts), thinly sliced
2 yellow onions, thinly sliced
3 bell peppers, thinly sliced
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp kosher salt
8-10 of your favorite tortillas
*plus all your favorite fajita toppings!
FOR THE MARINADE:
1/4 cup oil
1 lime, juiced (about 2 tbsp lime juice)
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika
