Dreamy fruit velvet:
2 small containers blueberry yogurt
1 (8oz.) container cool whip
1 (3.4 oz.) package French vanilla instant pudding
2 cups purple grapes
2 apples, chopped
1 (16 oz. ) container strawberries, sliced
Mix yogurt, cool whip and pudding together. Add fruit and mix well. Enjoy!!
Frosty Root beer pie:
graham cracker crust
3/4 cup root beer
1/2 heavy whipping cream
2 TBSP. root beer extract
1 (3.4 oz. ) package French vanilla instant pudding
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 (16 oz. ) container cool whip
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla
In a bowl, add root beer and cream and mix. Add root beer extract, mix. Add powdered sugar and mix well. Add pudding, mix then let sit for 5 minutes to thicken. Add cool whip and mix until it is creamy and smooth. Pour mixture into graham cracker crust and place in freezer for 2-3 hours. Right before serving make homemade whip cream topping: Add cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla to small bowl and mix until it forms peaks. Spoon cream onto pie right before serving. Enjoy!!
Strawberry lemonade cookies:
1 box strawberry cake mix
1 box lemon cake mix
4 eggs, divided
2/3 cup oil, divided
3 TBSP. lemon juice, divided
2/3 cup powdered sugar, divided
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
2 TBSP. lemon juice
1 TBSP. water
In a bowl whisk two eggs, 1/3 cup oil, and 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice. Stir in lemon cake mix and mix until combined. Set aside. In a separate bowl whisk two eggs, 1/3 cup oil, and 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice. Stir in strawberry cake mix and mix until combined. Refrigerate both mixtures for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Sprinkle two separate large plates with powdered sugar then take a small cookie scoop (or teaspoon) and scoop out individual strawberry dough balls and put on a plate. Repeat with lemon dough. Take one ball of dough from each plate and roll them together until smooth and place on cookie sheet. Sprinkle tops of each ball with powdered sugar. Bake for 11-14 minutes until golden brown around edges.
Combine 1 1/2 cups of powdered sugar with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and one tablespoon of water. Mix well and then drizzle over cookies.
These cookies are delicious stored in the freezer
Cool Mandarin Orange Cake
1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 cup oil
1 - 11oz can of Mandarin Oranges (Do Not Drain Oranges)
Mix all ingredients together. Pour batter into 3 separate round cake pans. Preheat oven to 350 F. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Set aside and let cool before removing from pan.
Frosting and Filling:
1 - 12oz carton of Cool Whip
1 - 16oz can crushed pineapple (Do Not Drain)
1 - 3oz box of Instant French Vanilla Pudding
Mix all ingredients together and frost cake between layers and on the top.
